About The Therapist

Hi, I’m Vaidehi.
I believe meaningful therapy begins by meeting you as a person first, not as a problem to be solved, but as someone who deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. My work is rooted in creating a space where you can feel safe and accepted, so you can begin to feel, heal, and grow at your own pace.

I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and also conduct workshops focused on emotional well-being and personal growth. My work includes supporting people through relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, self-image challenges, trauma, and grief. Therapy can also be a space if you are feeling stuck, confused, or simply trying to understand yourself better.

My approach is collaborative and flexible. I tailor the process to your needs while ensuring there is clarity and direction in our work together. You don’t need to have the right words or complete clarity before starting. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, allowing space for both exploration and understanding.

I draw from expressive art-based therapy along with approaches such as CBT, Gestalt therapy, and person-centered therapy. My work is also informed by trainings in NLP, couple counseling, and positive psychology, which support both emotional depth and practical change in the process.

I hold a Master’s degree in Wellness Counselling and am registered with UNESCO CID France as an expressive arts-based therapist. I have worked with individuals across different settings, supporting a range of emotional and psychological concerns. My focus is not only on addressing immediate concerns but also on helping you develop insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self over time. I approach my work with sensitivity, ethical care, and a commitment to creating a safe and respectful therapeutic space.

How Therapy Works?

You may be beginning therapy for the first time, or you may have tried it before. At times it may have felt helpful, and at times it may not have felt like the right fit. That can be a part of the process. Finding a space and a therapist that feels comfortable and right for you is important, and you are always allowed to take your time with that.

Therapy is not about being told what to do, but about working together to understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It is an open process where you can talk about what is working for you and what is not. If something doesn’t feel right, or if you’re unsure about any part of the process, it can be openly discussed and adjusted in a way that feels more comfortable for you.

To begin the process, once you reach out, you will be asked to fill in a short Google form to understand your basic details. After that, we will connect to schedule a session at a time that works for both of us. Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, and each session typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes.

Over time, therapy can help you understand your patterns, process your emotions, and develop a stronger and more aware sense of self. The process is gradual, and we move in a way that feels meaningful and manageable for you.

How To Book A Session?

Getting started is simple:
Reach out through the contact details provided You’ll receive a short Google form to fill in your basic details We’ll have a brief conversation to understand your needs and schedule a session at a time that works for both of us You’ll receive the session and payment details once the session is confirmed The Google Meet link will be shared with you within 24 hours prior to your session If you feel unsure at any point, you can always reach out and ask your questions before booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Sessions can be rescheduled with prior discussion, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. If you wish to cancel a session, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after that will be chargeable.

Sliding Scale:
Two sliding scale slots are available each month. (A sliding scale means a reduced fee option for those who may need some financial flexibility.)
